Reading:
Bookflix: This is a great resource that has text to speech reading with highlighting for the children to follow. books can be found in Spanish and English for ELL students. (Please note that Bookflix requires an LearnAlberta account and we are more than happy to help you set up your own teacher account.)
Raz-Kids: This site highlights and sounds as it reads out a variety of books on different levels. (Please note that this link requires a login account, feel free to start your own free trial).
Tumble Books: This site provides audio of books, but there is no highlighting.
Writing:
Storybird: An engaging little site that allows students to import pictures with their stories and make their own picture book.
